Here is my pastel rainbow stripe design, designed and made over the Jubilee Weekend here in the UK - hence the name Jubilee Rainbow.
This pattern makes a great baby blanket but can also be used for any size afghan/throw as the stitch count for the pattern repeat is provided within the pattern. It is also a fast pattern to make!
I used Emu Yarns Classic DK for the sample in the photographs but I have also used this pattern using a Chunky weight yarn and made blankets for single beds. This pattern really does work up wonderfully in any weight yarn with the corresponding hook size.
This pattern is suitable for beginners who are confident with chain and treble (UK) / double (US) stitches.
