Returns Policy

We are happy to accept returns of physical products up to 14 days after receipt. We will arrange for a full refund of the cost of the goods, providing the items are unused, unopened and in a saleable condition. When returning any items back to us, please pack your items in appropriate packaging and, if possible, include your original order number and your name and address including postcode, along with a note to let us know what the issue with the product was.
Please be aware that we do not accept the return of any of our downloadable patterns due to copyright laws.
We can only accept unopened balls of yarn and kits that are in a resaleable condition. We do not accept the return of yarn that was purchased as part of a colour pack or kit unless the whole pack/kit is returned unused.

Customers are liable for the costs of returning the goods to us and we advise you to obtain a proof of postage receipt.
Please note: We will not be able to refund any postage costs from the original order.
Delivery Policy

We will always aim to dispatch your order within 1-2 workings days from that date of the order being placed and, if there is an extended delay, we will try to contact you to advise of the same - orders cannot be amended after they have been placed.
Please note that working days are only deemed to be Monday to Friday and do not include weekends or Bank Holidays.
We will dispatch your order by your chosen courier/postage option wherever possible. If there are any issues doing so then we will always try to contact you first but if we are unable to get a response within a reasonable time then we reserve the right to send your order by any of our available courier/postage methods.
Free delivery on orders over £50 is only available when Evri is selected as the postage method at checkout. Free delivery is not available by any other courier or postage method.
If an order is sent by recorded or tracked delivery we will disclose your email address to the courier/postage service for tracking purposes only. We will also include tracking details on your order dispatch email to enable you to track your delivery once it has left us.
We hope you receive your order in perfect condition but we are aware that there are occasions when this may not happen, we insure our parcels when sent and no refunds can be issued until the insurance/claim process has been completed.
